Alive

First of all, Happy Birthday to dickson!! 18 liao not in our 17 group lol..

Didn't update this past 4 days cuz having a terrible camp..

DAY 1

The first day of camp is all about stretching.. Report in agora hall2 at 11pm.. We put our bag at one side and were given us 2 hours to do our thing before the training starts.. So we used the silat mat and build a mini castle.. LOL!! It's dam cool la.. We took 1 hour to build it up haha.. After building the castle, I tried to do LYDT(the flipping thing) without using hand.. SO hard sia.. Always on the verge of standing up, I fell down on my back.. After that, our stretching training start.. The stretching dam sian.. Super pain.. But after 1 hour of endurance, the stretching is like a piece of cake to me.. They push me down to the max also not pain.. It's like 2 leg lie straight, then a guy just sit on me to push me all the way down.. First time feel so shiok!! Not pain at all, I guess my leg pain until it numb.. After the warm up and stretching, we went to have our lunch.. Ate the BIG dumpling at the beijing store located at level 2 sport complex.. The dumpling freaking big sia.. I eat 8 of it feel super full.. Then han wei want to take light soy sauce.. But he took wrong.. He take one bowl and pour full of VINEGAR!!! WTH SIA!! super smelly.. At first when u eat the dumpling, it taste great.. But when u eat 4th or 5th dumpling, u will feel sian of it.. After eating, went back to stretch again.. After stretching, did some basic wushu training.. Then eat dinner.. After dinner, STRETCH AGAIN!!! Wa lao!! My leg want break liao.. Stretch finish, and is our free time now :D. Played truth or dare.. Got one part super funny, Han wei kena and he pick dare.. Then he need to stand in the middle and shout out " IM THAI GOD!!" After he shout, everyone kneel down and pray.. LOL!! Should have takena video of it.. After that went to sleep..

DAY 2

Woke up at 6am and report at 6.30am.. The moment I wake up, my neck and the lower back SUPER PAIN!! Must be from the stretching and the LYDT.. Used some muscle cream from other wushu member.. Early the morning, stretch again.. Cannot take it sia.. But worst thing of all, yesterday I stretch until so shiok but now I cant even go down.. After that, had breakfast (2 halfboiled egg, bread and milo) which is not filling.. Continued the stretching and wushu training.. After that, we were given some time to practice on our own so that we can perform for our coach.. So I practiced Jiu Jie Bian(Chain Whip) with han wei.. Lol.. Swing until very tired then loose control.. It cut my leg 2 time and bleed.. Then it hit the same spot on my right leg a lot of time until it have blueblack hahaha.. Coach came, did some performance and continued practicing jiu jie bian(chain whip). Once the coach went home, did some stretching again.. I think I have stretching phobia already.. After that, had our dinner and bath at sport complex.. THE WATER FREAKING COLD!! Bath finish, whole body shivering lol.. Went back to gather and started stretching again.. Haiz.. I think my stretching thing deproving sia.. Cant even go down.. After all the stretching, we can do whatever we want.. Oh ya.. Got another IG share the agora hall 2 with us.. Saw saiyidah in that IG and said hi to her.. That IG people all gone and left their thing there.. Then we saw a volleyball and just take it to play among ourself.. We make this rule while we play volleyball.. Whoever didn't catch the ball or make the ball drop on the ground.. Must do 5 push up.. We play halfway, the IG came back.. Then we was like omg.. Faster throw the ball on the ground and faster run away, pretending we did nothing.. We quickly hide inside our castle.. LOL!! That scene is super funny.. Wen Di scolded us and tell us to apologise.. But in the end, we still use their ball and play.. Haha.. Guess what?!?!?! I DID 155 push up!! argh!! so tired.. Then we agreed to have a match before we sleep.. Whoever lose must do 30 push up.. In the end, my team lose LOL!! Sian.. did 30 push up and faster sleep... Freaking tired.. Went to sleep straight after..

DAY 3

Woke up at 6am as usual.. This time WHOLE BODY PAIN!! My chest, arm, back, thigh and neck pain like hell.. Stupid muscle ache.. Today training is totally different.. Wushu training become NS training.. Wth.. Those 2 ex wushu member came back from their NS and want to torture us.. Even our president(wen di) never expect them to come.. Warm up, 20 counts of 4 push up, 30 counts of 4 jumping jack, 30 counts of 4 crunches and other more.. Got use a lot of strength on ur thigh, back, chest, arm and stomach.. Warm up only.. Then so hard.. After the warm up, went to have our breakfast.. After breakfast, we need to climb up and down the staircase to digest the food faster.. After that, started jogging.. After jogging, did their hell training.. Whoever do thing slow or report late, must down 20 push up.. Then they remember we still owe our wen di 200 pumpings.. Because on the DAY 1 we took our time and late by 2 mins.. 1 min 100 push up.. So they make us do the push up in differnt method to payback.. We were given a choice, do 160 chain push up or 75 bodybuilder.. Bodybuilder sounds very hard so we choose chain push up first cuz we all very tired liao.. But in the end, chain push up is harder.. Everyone lie down in one straight line.. Then the front guy must put their leg on the guy shoulder who is behind them.. So we lie down and put our leg on the shoulder behind.. Then at a count of 3, we must go up together.. 3 2 1!! I used all my strength just to go up only!! How the hell to do 160 chain push up.. We hold up, using all our strength to maintain our balance.. Suddenly got someone no strength and drop down.. Once he drop down, everyone drop down too.. We tried 3 times and changed our mind to do the body builder push up.. All we had to do is, squat down, change to push up position, spread open ur leg, close back the leg, do 1 push up, back to squat and do star jump.. We do 10 times of that first and rest.. After doing 10 of it, cannot feel my body.. We did 20 of it and then the president(wen di) quickly stop the training by giving excuse to those 2 ex wushu member... Wen di give use watch some video.. Close the light and want to watch it.. Lol I was sleeping when everyone was watching the video.. When the video ended, lights on.. Realized that Im not the only one sleeping.. Haha!! Everyone sleeping LOL.. Then Wen Di let us sleep.. from 1pm sleeping until 5pm.. After that, we had some talk together and said something about those 2 ex wushu member.. Then did some stretching and went to have dinner.. After dinner, we play some game.. The game dam fun.. We were divided into 4 groups.. The first game is about, raise up ur right and use ur arm to hold it there.. Cannot let ur leg touch the ground.. So we need to use left leg to balance ourself.. Each member from each group will be pick and play the game.. The rule is simple.. Just knock down ur opponent without using ur hands.. Haha super fun sia.. When it is my turn, see my oppenent sian liao.. So I make alliance with my of my oppent so that we can concentrate on 1 opponent first.. I knock down my opponent then my ally betray me!! He attack me from my back.. hahaha.. Then I lose lol.. The 2nd game is we play wrestling.. You must make ur opponent fall on their back then win.. No using hand to whack too.. When it was my turn, my opponent is the 70+ kg guys.. Sian how to make him fall.. So we started and tried to make each other fall.. Used what I learn in wushu, chiong inside, and pull his leg.. His leg super heavy!! Used all my strength and finally he fall down.. Haha.. Then watch other people wrestling while resting.. After everyone wrestle finish, the winner of each match come up and choose ur opponent.. At first, I thought is 2 v 2 so we need to find someone to ally.. So I choose vice captain.. In the end, must fight with him =.=" Sian.. Then wrestled with him super long.. We still got part 1 and 2 HAHA!! Finish part 1, we rest and resume our match on part 2.. Then he cheated, using his hand go whack me sia.. Then he make me fell on my back.. Haiz.. Need to cheat to win.. After that, did some new stretching method and went to sleep..

DAY 4

Woke up as usual.. Did stretching, eat breakfast.. Play volleyball again.. Play until 1pm then we were released.. Meet with dickson they all at sakae and eat a lot of sushi.. Haha.. Then went to a playground, play swing and the polar bear game.. Haha The polar bear game very fun but not enough people.. End too fast.. After that did a pull up position on the monkey bar and raise my leg to climb through the gaps between the monkey bar.. haha.. Then jump down.. SAW THIS FREAKING DEAD RAT lying beside my slipper.. this head like kena chewed and the skin came off.. Did a video on the 1000 hand buddha.. Haha everyone hand anyone swing here, swing there.. After that went back home..
